You are invited to join my next CREATIVE HANGOUT which is themed SPRING INTO EXPRESSION

Mon 23rd March 2026 at 8pm UK time

The online session is an informal and relaxed session facilitated by me, Lesley Andrew and I an art therapist with the intention for participants to be able to use the space to improve their wellbeing by connecting with people and being creative.

The Spring theme can be used in your reflection and art making and you may choose to create art without a plan or develop something with a more deliberate intention.

No art skills needed  and different creative activities are encouraged.
