A New PACE

A New PACE is my framework for art, reflection and wellbeing and it’s also the name of my podcast.
It gives people a simple structure to work through uncertainty, change or challenge, with more confidence, self-trust and authenticity.
The 4 parts allow for a level of acceptance and self compassion while supporting change and growth.
PAUSE means resting, reflecting and slowing down long enough to notice what is happening.
ACT means taking one small step instead of staying stuck.
CREATE means using creativity to express what is hard to put into words, problem solving and exploring new perspectives
EMPOWER means building confidence, agency, trust in yourself and connection to others.
