Introducing Beyond the Fog 

 Beyond the Fog is a 6-week art therapy programme designed specifically for midlife women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.  

Use art and creative activities to process emotions and untangle what feels overwhelming.

Explore practical tools to manage stress, self-doubt, and brain fog.

Remind yourself what truly matters to you in your relationships, work, and everyday life.

The programme is built around my 'A New PACE' framework — Pause, Act, Create, and Empower — giving you a clear path to reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.

Practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

The confidence to move forward feeling more like you.

Come as you are and create lots of art. Leave with paint on your fingers and fire in your heart. 

 Why Art Therapy?

Art therapy non verbal form of psychotherapy helpful to explore and express emotions that words can’t always capture.  
It’s not about creating ‘perfect’ art — it’s about expressing yourself and using creativity to improve mental health.

Process what’s sitting under the surface — emotions and experiences you might not even realise are there.

By engaging your subconscious mind, art therapy can help you access parts of yourself that might feel stuck, hidden, or even blocked by trauma.

Lesley Andrew

Lesley is an Artist and HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist from the UK working in a trauma informed way. 

She has a passion for art an was once described to be ‘bleeding paint’ as creativity runs through her veins, as a result she strives to empower people to be more creative, express their true selves to feel confident and happy. 

If you have lost touch with your creativity, it is not only possible but essential for you to reconnect with art and it is Lesley's mission to make the world a more harmonious creative place one painting at a time. 

In Lesley's services she works in a bespoke way integrating art therapy with coaching and mentoring depending on each individual and has a range of online courses, workshops, plus group and 1-1 programmes when available.
