FILL MY CUP

THIS IS YOUR DAILY REMINDER THAT SELF CARE ISN'T SELFISH

Hi, I’m Lesley — Artist and Art Psychotherapist — This is a free gift for you.
If you spend your life supporting others — as a therapist, coach, health professional, parent or carer — this is for you.

I guess you familiar with phrases like: “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” and "Put on your own oxygen mask first"

You understand self-care, yet, you keep giving your energy to other people and frankly you’re exhausted.

You keep going, even when burnt out, running on empty you tell yourself you’re fine, but secretly struggling.

You’re not lazy. You’re not failing. You’re human.

So why is there such a gap between knowing and doing?

As an art therapist, I’ve learned how easy it is to neglect my own needs while supporting others and the stigma felt about it.

And that's why I put this course together......A mix of reflection, top tips and a permission slip to prioritise your own needs.

Introducing: Fill My Cup
A reflective and powerful mini-series that will help you:
